The e-learning is great, so informative and gives you all the essential knowledge to get you started. Sue the trainer was absolutely lovely and made us all feel so comfortable. Excellent training company. Small class meant one trainer to two delegates. Perfect mix of theory and practical. By far the best training course I've ever attended. Very comprehensive written material to take home. Well organised, good location. Thoroughly recommend.
